Terms and Conditions

  • You are making a booking with the hotel directly.
  • Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.
  • You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
  • Other inclusions not listed as part of this booking may be chargeable.

Cancellation Rules

  1. If cancellation is done 7 or more days prior to arrival, then the full amount will be refunded.
  2. If cancellation is done between 3 - 7 days of arrival, then 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
  3. If cancellation is done within 3 days of arrival, then the full amount will be charged.
  4. If no show, then the full amount will be charged.

Privacy Policy

This privacy policy sets out how we use and protect any information that guest(s) give us when they use this website.

  1. We are committed to ensuring that the guests' privacy is protected. Should we ask the visitor/guest to provide certain information by which they can be identified when using this website, then the visitor/guest can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy strategy.
  2. We at Adrushya Estates are committed to the privacy of everyone who accesses our website, adrushyaestates.com. It only collects personal data about the visitor/guest as needed to provide them with outstanding services, and to help process their requests or provide them with information.

Do's & Don'ts

  1. We can offer Early Check-in or Late Check-out depending on availability, and we charge INR 300/Per Hour + Applicable GST for it.
  2. The indoor restaurant and guest rooms are strictly non-smoking areas. You may step out in the open to light one up. We reserve the right to fine INR 5000 in case anyone is found smoking indoors.
  3. While we offer Room Service for all food & beverages, we request you to join us in our Restaurant for all meals, as food is best served when served warm & fresh.
  4. We do not allow outside food to be brought into our premises.
  5. The entire property is WI-FI enabled. Just ask for the password.
  6. We provide daily housekeeping service on request. Please leave your room keys behind if you want us to make up your room.
  7. Our rooms are ideally meant for base occupancy, as stated, the Tariffs too are appointed for up to base occupancy.
  8. We would request you to kindly ensure that your young ones do not damage our property/amenities.
  9. Our team is not trained to attend to your child’s needs and safety. We urge you not to leave them unattended.
  10. Accommodation for your driver can be arranged at INR 800 + Applicable GST per night with Staff meals.
  11. We do not entertain Maids on our property.
  12. We’re not pet-friendly and do not allow pets in our resort.
  13. Everyone has a right to a peaceful, good night’s sleep. We don’t entertain guests playing music or being loud, especially post 10.30 PM.
  14. We can set up a private BonFire in your room’s garden area at an extra charge of INR 1500 + Applicable GST.
  15. Meal timings are as follows: Breakfast: 8.00 AM to 10.30 AM – Lunch: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM – Dinner: 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM – Snacks can be ordered in between these hours as well. Our kitchen closes at 10:00 PM sharp.
  16. Our restaurant is also open to non-resident guests on a prior reservation basis. Do let us know in case you do wish to invite some friends.
  17. No Alcohol Drinking is allowed in any common areas. Use your own room’s inside for your personal drinking.
  18. Do not venture out alone or with friends in the open after 10:30 PM at night as there are wild animals in the vicinity.
